The brief for Irish-Art-Seekers.com was to create a site about
Irish art. Providing a subscription service for clients wishing to
source paintings or artists from around the world, providing an
exclusive service. Providing reports, articles, stories and artist
Bio's and info.
The design was completed using a mixture of software including
Macromedia Dreamweaver and Fireworks. Some content was managed by
PHP, MySQL and some backend administration provided by Perl.
Subscriptions and eCommerce facilities are handled via PayPal,
including use of their auto-password generation, IPN and subscription
services.

Barbecue Ireland |
 |
Barbecue Ireland is a company exporting Barbecue equipment, accessories,
supplies and experience to the US, UK and Europe.
The site features E-Commerce facilities, providing on-line
ordering and credit card payments.
Technically, the site is driven by PHP and MySQL, and has a number of subtle
database driven content areas. There is a recipe database that can hold 10,000
plus recipes. An recipe editor is provided in a private area for Barby
O'Grill (the site
host). There are also randomly displayed testimonials and special offers.
All the graphical design work for the main banner and textures plus the web
and database programming was completed entirely at Campbell Multimedia.

OWL |
 |
|
OWL, or "Oh What a Link" is a database of web links collected
by and for the students of the Open University. It originated as
a voluntary effort to record and make available the hundred of links
that were accumulating in some of the on-line conferences that the
students frequent.
The site features a database of over 500 web links that can be
searched and sorted to find what is required. The ability for
anyone to add links directly to the site is provided, but moderated.
The appearance side of the design is deliberately sparse of images,
in order to allow for fast and snappy access to the important information.
The site is not a selection of pages, but more an online database application.
